This Policy describes how Asmakam LLC (“Asmakam,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our websites, applications, and services, including the CrikIT platform and SMS communications you choose to receive.

- Account & Contact Data: name, email, mobile number, organization/role.
- Credentials: usernames, hashed passwords.
- Transactional & Usage Data: league/team/fixture info, in-app actions, preferences.
- Device/Network Data: IP address, device/browser type, settings, identifiers, diagnostic logs.
- Communications: messages you send to us (including SMS if you opt in), support tickets, feedback.

3) How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve CrikIT and related services.
- Authenticate users, secure accounts, prevent fraud/abuse.
- Send transactional communications (account notices, schedules, support responses).

10) Children’s Privacy
Our services aren’t directed to children under 13 (or as defined by local law). We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent.
11) SMS Messaging (Privacy)
When you opt in to receive SMS from Asmakam/CrikIT, we process your mobile number and messaging metadata (e.g., delivery logs, timestamps) to send texts such as account verification codes, service notices, event reminders, and support updates.
